Cancellation Policy

Clients may request a refund for gift wrapping services if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@getitdonepublishing.com. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. No refunds will be provided for clients who do not attend their scheduled gift wrapping appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to arrive promptly at the scheduled time. Our team will take the necessary time to ensure each gift is wrapped with care and precision. We do not rush the wrapping process to maintain the highest standards of quality. While we make every effort to complete your gift wrapping within your scheduled time slot, please understand that gift wrapping times may vary based on factors such as the size and complexity of the items.
